Where should you go for help we can't give?
For questions about your own loan, card or account, contact the lender or bank directly; they can see your account and we cannot. If you have a problem with a financial company that you cannot resolve, the CFPB accepts complaints.
For personal advice, consider a nonprofit credit counselor for debt questions, or a fee-only financial planner for broader planning. Our resources page lists official tools for credit reports, deposit insurance and federal student loans.

Frequently asked questions
Can I call CalculateInterestPay?
No, we do not have a phone line. We work by email so that every question gets a written, checkable answer. Use the form on this page or the email address for your topic, and we will reply within 2 business days.
Can you tell me which loan or credit card I should choose?
No. We cannot give personal financial advice. Our calculators can show you what each option costs over time so you can compare them yourself. For a personal recommendation, talk with a qualified professional such as a nonprofit credit counselor or a fee-only financial planner.
Can you look at my loan account or fix a problem with my lender?
No. We have no access to any lender, bank or card account, and we cannot act on your behalf. Contact the company directly. If you cannot resolve a problem with them, you can submit a complaint to the CFPB. Our resources page explains how the complaint process works.
What should I include when reporting a calculation error?
The page link, the exact inputs you entered, the result you saw and the result you expected, plus how you worked it out if you can. A screenshot helps. We reply within 2 business days and fix confirmed errors within 5 business days.
How do I make a privacy or data request?
Use the privacy address or follow the steps on our data request page. Tell us what you want, such as a copy of the information we hold or its deletion. Since there are no accounts, it usually involves only messages you have sent us.
Who should businesses contact about using the calculators?
Email the partners address or choose the businesses topic on the form. Tell us about your website and what you want to offer visitors. The For Businesses page explains the plans, embed options and lead capture before you write. We reply within 2 business days.
Are you open on weekends?
No. Messages are read Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time, and not on US federal holidays. Anything sent on a weekend is read on the next business day, and the 2-business-day reply time starts then. Urgent messages are handled in the order they arrive.
Is it safe to send financial details through the contact form?
The form is sent over HTTPS, but please keep sensitive details out of it anyway. We never need account numbers, passwords, card numbers or your Social Security number. Approximate figures are enough for us to answer a calculation question. If you send something sensitive by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.
